The aim of this study was to determine the level of spiritual intelligence and its related factors in women of Sanandaj, 2017. Materials and Methods: This was a cross-sectional study. The population of the study consisted of women in Sanandaj, among whom 400 were selected using the cluster sampling method. The instrument used in this study was the questionnaire of spiritual intelligence made by Badie et al. The data collected analyzed by SPSS software version 20. Frequency and percentage were used to describe qualitative variables and central & dispersion indices for quantitative variables. The Chi-square test was used to analyze the qualitative dependent variable. Results: Married women have a higher level of spiritual intelligence and there is a statistically significant difference between spiritual intelligence and marital status (p=0.001). There was no significant difference between spiritual intelligence in the employed and housewives (p> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of spiritual intelligence between indigenous and non-indigenous women. Conclusion: Teaching spiritual intelligence skills can affect many aspects of human life and increase spirituality in human beings.
