fa بررسی نگرش دانشجویان رشته علوم آزمایشگاهی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی خود در سال 1394 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> نگرش دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی به عوامل زیادی بستگی دارد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین دیدگاه دانشجویان رشته علوم آزمایشگاهی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان&nbsp; نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی خود می باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>این پژوهش&nbsp; به صورت مقطعی ( از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی) در طی نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 94-1393 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان بر روی 95 نفر از دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی انجام شد که به صورت سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گرد&shy;آوری داده ها پرسشنامه&shy;&shy;ای مشتمل بر 20 سوال بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;های گردآوری شده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">Stata 12&shy;</span>(آزمون های ناپارامتری من-ویتنی و کروسکال والیس) استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> حدود 85 درصد از دانشجویان نسبت به کار در رشته&nbsp; تحصیلی خود ابراز لذت کرده بودند، اما با این حال 75 درصد مزایای اشتغال در این حرفه را مناسب و کافی ندانسته و به همان میزان(حدود 75 درصد) نسبت به آینده شغلی خود نگرانی داشتند. بین نگرش به رشته تحصیلی با ترم تحصیلی تفاوت آماری معنادار بود (0001/0=<span dir="LTR">p</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: با توجه به نتایج، نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده ی شغلی خود منفی و نزدیک به متوسط بود. همچنین بر اساس اظهار برخی از دانشجویان بدون اطلاع قبلی در این رشته مشغول تحصیل هستند، بنابراین لازم است که به امر مشاوره در سطح دبیرستان خیلی بیشتر اهمیت داده شود ، همچنین لازم است اطمینان از آینده شغلی وجود داشته باشد.</p> <p><strong>Background</strong><strong>:</strong> Student attitudes and future career depend on many psychological and environmental factors. The aim of this study was to determine the laboratory sciences students&rsquo; attitude toward their field of study and future career in Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> This Cross-Sectional research was done during the second semester of academic year of 2015 at Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences on 95 students, which all of this field&rsquo;s students were selected to enter the study. Data were gathered by a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions. To analyze the collected data, Stata12 software (Man-Vitni and Croscal Valis non-parametric tests) were used.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> About 85% of students to work in their fields of study expressed pleasure however, 75% of them considered inadequate employment benefits for this career and the same amount had concerned about their future career. Also a significant relationship was found between the attitude to the field of study and the semester (p=0/0001).</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> According to the results, students&rsquo; attitudes toward their field of study and future career was negative and close to the average. Also according to their statement, some students are studying in this field without prior notice, therefore it is essential that advice be given much more in high school.
