fa بررسی وضعیت سلامت عمومی دانشجویان پسر مشمول نظام وظیفه دانشکده علوم پزشکی مراغه دارای معافیت تحصیلی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> دانشجویان علوم پزشکی به دلیل شرایط خاص رشته تحصیلی‌شان جزء گروه‌های پرخطر از نظر ابتلا به بیماری‌های روانی و جسمی هستند. خدمت سربازی و تبعات روانی آن گریبانگیر بسیاری از دانشجویان است. در این مطالعه به بررسی وضعیت سلامت عمومی دانشجویان پسر مشمول نظام وظیفه دانشکده علوم پزشکی مراغه دارای معافیت تحصیلی تا پایان تحصیلات پرداخته شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی: </strong>پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی است. 85 نفر از دانشجویان پسر دانشکده علوم پزشکی مراغه به شیوه تصادفی طبقه‌بندی شده انتخاب گردید. وضعیت سلامت عمومی دانشجویان با استفاده از پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (<span dir="LTR">GHQ-28</span>) سنجیده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 19 و آمارهای توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و <span dir="LTR">t-test</span> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین سنی دانشجویان 01/1&plusmn;69/22 و میانگین معدل کل تحصیلی آن‌ها 36/0&plusmn;35/17بود. میانگین نمره امید به دریافت معافیت دائم از خدمت نظام وظیفه دانشجویان پس از اتمام تحصیلات 57/1&plusmn;92/3&nbsp; از 10 نمره بود. نمره سلامت عمومی 95/32% از دانشجویان بالاتر از نقطه برش بود. بین نمره سلامت عمومی و سن دانشجویان (<span dir="LTR">p-value=0/014</span>) و نمره امید به دریافت معافیت دائم از خدمت نظام وظیفه دانشجویان پس از اتمام تحصیلات (<span dir="LTR">p-value=0/02</span>) ارتباط معنادار وجود داشت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> حدود یک‌سوم از دانشجویان مشکوک به اختلال سلامت عمومی بودند. از طرفی مسئله سربازی می‌تواند در سطح نمره نامطلوب وضعیت سلامتی عمومی دانشجویان تاثیرگذار باشد، از این رو ارائه راهکارهایی مختلف از جمله برگزاری دوره‌های مشاوره به منظور افزایش انگیزه و توانایی دانشجویان در ادامه تحصیل می‌تواند در افزایش سطح سلامتی عمومی و سلامت روان آن‌ها تاثیرگذار باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Medical science students are considered as high-risk groups in terms of mental and physical disorders due to the special condition of their majors. Some students are faced with the psychological consequences of military service. This study was aimed to assess the public health status of male college students under the military service and school exemption in Maragheh faculty of medical sciences, Iran.</p> <p><strong>Method and material:</strong> This analytical cross-sectional study was done in eighty five male medical science students in Maragheh, Iran. All students were selected randomly. Public health status was assessed by the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28). Data were analyzed by SPSS software (version 19) and were presented as descriptive statistics. Pearson correlation coefficient and students sample t-test were used to interpret the obtained results.</p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>The mean age of students was 22.69&plusmn;1.01 years. Total average of students&#39; GPA was 17.35 &plusmn; 0.36.&nbsp;</p> <p>Mean score of hopes of students to get a permanent exemption from military service after graduation item was obtained 3.92 &plusmn; 1.57 from 10 score. The scores of public health status in 32.95% of students were higher than cut-off points. There was a significant correlation between the ages of students (p-value=0.014) and the hopes of students to get a permanent exemption from military service after graduation (p-value=0.02) with public health status.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>About a third of students were exposed to the public health disorders.
