fa بررسی مهارت های تفکر انتقادی دستیاران تخصصی سال های اول تا چهارم دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> با توجه به اینکه تفکر انتقادی یک صلاحیت محوری برای دانشجویان در تمامی رشته‌های دانشگاهی است، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مهارت<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>های تفکر انتقادی دستیاران تخصصی سال&shy;های اول تا چهارم دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این پژوهش کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی می‌باشد. جامعه&shy;ی پژوهش عبارت بود از کلیه&shy;ی دستیارانی که در سال تحصیلی 94-93 در مراکز آموزشی و درمانی دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در دوره دستیاری، در 2 گرایش و 11 رشته مشغول به تحصیل بودند که تعداد آن&shy;ها 387 نفر بود. از این تعداد با استفاده از روش نمونه&shy;گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی، تعداد 156 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای جمع&shy;آوری اطلاعات فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه&shy;ی مهارت‌های تفکرانتقادی کالیفرنیا بودند. به منظور تحلیل داده&shy;ها از آزمون&shy;های <span dir="LTR">t</span> تک&shy;نمونه&shy;ای و تحلیل واریانس یک<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>راهه استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> بر اساس تحلیل انجام شده مشخص شد که تفکر نقادانه&shy;ی دانشجویان، پایین&shy;تر از حد مطلوب است (<span dir="LTR">p< 0.001</span>) و بین میزان تفکر انتقادی دستیاران سال&shy;های تحصیلی مختلف، تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> نتیجه کلی حاکی از آن است که بهره&shy;گیری دستیاران از قابلیت‌های تفکر انتقادی در حد ضعیفی قرار دارد و بر این اساس پیشنهاد می&shy;شود به پرورش توانایی تفکر انتقادی دستیاران و استفاده از روش&shy;های آموزش فعال توجه بیشتری شود.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> According to the fact that Critical thinking is a fundamental qualification for students in all fields of academia, the aim of this study was to investigate critical thinking skills of first- to fourth-year residents in the Medical School of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This is an empirical and cross-sectional study. The study population consisted of 387 residents who were enrolled in 2 fields and 11 sub-fields of the medical school during the academic year 2014-2015. By Using the stratified random sampling method a sample of 156 residents was selected. Demographic data forms and questionnaire related to the California Critical Thinking Skills test were used for the purpose of data collection. For data analysis one-sample t-test, t-test for independent groups, and one-way ANOVA were used.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The analysis showed that the critical thinking of students is lower than the optimal level (p <0.001) and there is no significant difference among residents of the four categories (first-to fourth-year) in terms of their critical thinking abilities.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Overall, the results show that residents do not perform well in terms of possession of critical thinking skills.
