fa مقایسه ی اثربخشی آموزش مهارت های ارتباطی و مهارت های عاطفی بر استرس والد گری مادران دارای کودکان اوتیسم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> اختلال‌های رفتاری کودکان، اختلال‌های شایع و ناتوان کننده‌ای هستند که برای معلمان، خانواده و خود کودکان مشکلات بسیاری ایجاد می کنند و با بسیاری از معضلات اجتماعی، همراه‌اند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثر‌بخشی آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مهارت‌های عاطفی بر استرس والدگری مادران دارای کودکان طیف اوتیسم بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه یک طرح نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. 45 نفر از مادر کودکان 6 تا 12 ساله دارای اختلال اوتیسم به شیوه‌ی هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه 15 نفری، دو گروه مداخله و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. والدین در ابتدا از نظر استرس والدگری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند؛ سپس، گروه‌های مداخله طی 8 جلسه‌ی 90 دقیقه‌ای، آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مهارت‌های عاطفی را دریافت کردند، ولی گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت نکرد. سپس آزمون انجام شد. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل کواریانس چند متغیری با استفاده از نرم افزار <strong><span dir="LTR">SPSS-16 &nbsp;</span></strong>تحلیل گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که پس از انجام آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی تفاوت معناداری بین گروه‌های مداخله و کنترل در میزان استرس والدگری مادران وجود داشت (01/0><strong><span dir="LTR">P</span></strong>). همچنین آموزش مهارت‌های عاطفی باعث کاهش میزان استرس والدگری مادران در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل گردید (01/0><strong><span dir="LTR">P</span></strong>). اما آموزش مهارت‌های عاطفی تاثیر بیشتری نسبت به مهارت‌های ارتباطی داشت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به اهمیت آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی و به خصوص مهارت های عاطفی بر کاهش میزان استرس مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به اوتیسم پیشنهاد می شود، برنامه های آموزشی یاد شده، در مراکز درمانی ویژه ی کودکان اوتیستیک، از طریق کلاس<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های آموزشی استفاده شود.</p> <p><strong>Background and aim</strong><strong>:</strong> Behavioral disorders in children are common and disabling disorders challenging teachers, family and the children; further, they are associated with many social problems, too. The purpose of the present research is to compare effectiveness of training communication and emotional skills on parenting stress of mothers with autism children.</p> <p><strong>Materials and Methods</strong><strong>:</strong> This is a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test/post-test deign and control group. 45 mothers of autism children from 6-12 years old were selected through targeted sampling method and were randomly assigned into three 15-individual groups of two interventions and one control. The parents were initially evaluated in term of parenting stress; next, intervention groups received eight sessions of 90 minutes training of communication and emotional skills; whereas, the control group received no treatment. Then, the groups were tested. Data were analyzed through Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) method using SPSS-16.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that there is a significant difference between intervention and control group in term of parenting stress following communication skills treatment (P<0.01). Moreover, training emotional skills also decreased parenting stress level of mothers in the intervention group comparing the control group (P<0.01).
