fa بررسی وضعیت تیتر آنتی بادی هپاتیت B در بیماران همودیالیزی و عوامل موثر بر آن درشهرستان بانه و سقز درسال1393 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و هدف: </strong>عفونت ویروسی هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span>، از بزرگترین مشکلات بهداشتی جهان و ایران می‌باشد. در بیماران دیالیزی به علت تماس مکرر با فراورده‌های خونی، احتمال آلودگی با این ویروس بیشتر و پاسخ مناسب به واکسن هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> کمتر می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تیتر <span dir="LTR">Hbs</span> و کارایی واکسیناسیون هپاتیت <span dir="LTR">B</span> در بیماران دیالیزی بیمارستان‌های صلاح&shy;الدین ایوبی بانه و امام خمینی سقز انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روش‌کار:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی در سال 1393 انجام شد و 133 بیمار همودیالیزی تحت درمان در بیمارستان‌های صلاح&shy;الدین ایوبی بانه و امام خمینی سقز، مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابتدا چک لیستی طراحی و اطلاعات استخراجی از پرونده‌ها در آن ثبت‌ شد؛ سپس داده‌ها وارد نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS18</span> گردید و با توجه به اهداف مطالعه، استفاده از آزمون‌های <span dir="LTR">t-test</span> و کای 2 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span></strong><strong>ها:</strong> میانگین سنی بیماران 23/60 سال و میانگین تیتر<span dir="LTR">Hbs</span> آنها 22/93 بود که در این میان 1/70% بیماران سابقه واکسیناسیون داشتند. مقایسه تیتر <span dir="LTR">Hbs</span> در دوگروه سنی کمتریا مساوی 40 سال و بیشتر از 40 سال معنی&shy;دار نبود <span dir="LTR">)</span>4/0=<span dir="LTR">(P</span>. میانگین تیتر <span dir="LTR">Hbs</span> در دو گروه دیابتی و غیردیابتی ارتباط معنی‌داری را نشان نداد <span dir="LTR">)</span>4/0=<span dir="LTR">(P</span> همچنین در میان زنان و مردان نیز اختلاف معنی&shy;داری مشاهده نشد <span dir="LTR">)</span>77/0=<span dir="LTR">(P</span> اما بین وضعیت تیتر <span dir="LTR">Hbs</span> (بصورت دو رده کمتر از 10 و بیشتر از 10) با سابقه واکسیناسیون هپاتیت، اختلاف معنی&shy;دار بود <span dir="LTR">)</span>02/0=<span dir="LTR">(P</span>.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&shy;</span></strong><strong>گیری:</strong> طبق نتایج مطالعه حاضر، احتمال ابتلا به عفونت در بیمارانی که واکسن هپاتیت دریافت &nbsp;&nbsp;کرده&shy;اند؛ کمتر می‌باشد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می&shy;شود کسانی که به هر دلیلی واکسن مربوطه را دریافت نکرده&shy;اند؛ واکسینه شوند.</p> <p><strong>Backgrounds and Aim:</strong> Infection with hepatitis B is one of the most major problems in the global health and Iran. Since hemodialysis patients are exposing to blood products repeatedly so their contact with hepatitis virus more likely too, by this they may not have suitable response to hepatitis B vaccine. The aim of this study was to investigate HbsAb titer and hepatitis B vaccine efficiency in Hemodialysis patients hospitalized in Salahedin Ayobi and Emam Khomeini hospitals in Bane and Saqez cities.</p> <p><strong>Material and Methods:</strong> In this cross - sectional study, total of 133 Hemodialysis patients in Salahedin Ayobi and Emam Khomeini hospitals in Bane and Saqez cities in 2014 were examined. Patient&#39;s Information was gathered and recorded from their documents by a check list. Data were performed by using SPSS ver.18 software and were analyzed by t-test and K-square&#39;s tests.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The mean age of patients was 60.23 years and the mean of HbsAb level was 93.22. About 70.1 % of patients had vaccination history. Comparing the HbsAb titer in two age groups (&le;40 and >40) was not significant. (P= 0.7). There was not statistical significant difference in diabetic compared with non diabetic patients (P=0.4) and in both male and female too (P= 0.77).
