fa ارزیابی جاری سازی برنامه ایمنی آب (WSP) سازمان جهانی بهداشت و مدیریت ریسک در سیستم آبرسانی شهر سرایان تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:arial;"><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">روش متداول کنترل کیفیت آب آشامیدنی،کنترل در نقطه‌ی مصرف آن می‌باشد؛ در صورتی که همواره احتمال وقوع آلودگی&shy; در اجزای مختلف سیستم آبرسانی وجود دارد. جهت رفع این مشکل، سازمان&shy;</span> <span style="font-size: 12pt;">بهداشت جهانی&shy; برنامه‌ی &shy;ایمنی &shy;آب را به کار گرفته- است. هدف از این تحقیق ارزیابی&shy; جاری&shy; سازی برنامه‌ی ایمنی&shy;آب </span><span dir="LTR">WHO</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> در سیستم آبرسانی شهر سرایان می&shy;&shy; باشد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">مواد و روش‌کار: </span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">این مطالعه با استفاده از نرم&shy; افزار تضمین کیفیت برنامه‌ی &shy;ایمنی آب&nbsp; و راهنمای برنامه‌ی ایمنی آب </span><span dir="LTR">WHO</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> و </span><span dir="LTR">IWA</span> <span style="font-size: 12pt;">در سال 1394 بر سیستم آبرسانی شهر سرایان انجام گرفت. چک&shy; لیست&shy; های نرم &shy;افزار تهیه شد و پس از تأیید روایی&shy; ترجمه و اعتبار صوری و محتوایی آن، بر اساس سوابق شرکت آب &shy;و فاضلاب و مصاحبه با کارشناسان تکمیل گردید. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">یافته&shy; ها: </span></strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">از مجموع 440 نمره‌ی بکارگیری کامل برنامه و 328 امتیاز مربوط&shy; به فازهای بررسی شده، 189 امتیاز کسب&shy;گردید</span> <span style="font-size: 12pt;">و 42/95% اجرای هماهنگ با </span><span dir="LTR">WSP</span><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> مشاهده &shy;شد که مرحله‌ی تأیید نهایی با بیشترین امتیاز، بالاترین درصد اجرای هماهنگ با</span><span dir="LTR">WSP </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&nbsp;(78/13%) و مرحله‌ی معیارهای&shy;کنترلی و اعتبار &shy;بخشی، پایین&shy;ترین درصد اجرا (48/53%) را به &shy;خود اختصاص داد. در میان اجزای عمده‌ی سیستم آبرسانی، منبع آب از بیشترین توجه توسط سیستم برخوردار بود. </span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> با توجه به درصد بکارگیری فازهای مختلف </span></span></span><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">WSP</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> و توجه سازمان تأمین&shy; کننده‌ی آب به برخی پارامترهای کلیدی مانند شناسایی&shy; خطر و ارزیابی &shy;ریسک، در حال حاضر سیستم آبرسانی از سطح ایمنی متوسطی برخوردار است. با این حال برخی فازها مانند معیارهای&shy; کنترلی و اعتبار &shy;بخشی باید مورد توجه بیشتری قرار گیرد تا انعطاف</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">&shy;</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color: black;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">پذیری سیستم را جهت انطباق بیشتر با برنامه‌ی ایمنی آب فراهم آورد</span></span></span></span> <strong>Backgrounds and Aim:</strong> Conventional method for the management of drinking water quality that is based on the control of the end product, is associated with limitations and Concern of occurrence of pollution in drinking water supply systems. The new approach of the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure the quality and safety of drinking water is the water safety plan. Thus the purpose of this study is Assessment of implementation Water Safety Plan (WSP) and Risk Management in Sarayan City.<br> <strong>Material and Methods:</strong> Investigations was performed using water safety plan quality assurance tool (WSP-QA Tool) and water safety plan manual WHO & IWA on water supply system of Sarayan city in 2016. For this purpose, software checklists were prepared and after confirm of Translation, face and content validity, completed according to Sarayan water and wastewater company records and interview with company&rsquo;s experts, and data analysis carried out with software.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> From total of 440 score for full use of the program and 328 points of the studied phases, 189 points was obtained and 42.95% coordinated implementation with WSP were observed, that Verification with the most points, the highest percentage of coordinated implementation of WSP (78.13%) and Control measures and validation the lowest percentage (48.53%) were allocated. Among the components of the water supply system in Sarayan, water resource had the most attention.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of this study showed that regard to the percentage of the overall implementation WSP phases and the attention of water supply system for some key parameters such as hazard identification and risk assessment, currently, this system is in the intermediate level of safety.
