fa بررسی میزان شیوع بیماری بروسلوز در بیمارستان های عالی نسب و سینا شهرستان تبریز در تابستان 1393 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: در کشور ما اغلب اوقات برای تشخیص بروسلوز، از آزمایش رایت استفاده می شود. اما به علت حساسیت پایین این آزمایش،تعداد زیادی موارد منفی کاذب گزارش میگردد. در این مطالعه، نتایج آزمونهای رایت و الایزا در افراد مشکوک به بروسلوز، مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت.<br> مواد و روش کار: مطالعه ی حاضر، توصیفی و از نوع مقطعی می باشد. از 304 نمونه ی مشکوک به بروسلوز و دارای علائم بالینی، نمونه گیری خونی انجام شد. نتایج آزمون رایت رپید، رایت لوله ای و تعیین کلاس های IgG و IgM علیه بروسلا به روش الایزا، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.<br> یافته ها: از مجموع 304 نمونه مشکوک در گروه مورد، تعداد ۱۳۴ (۴۴.۱٪) نفر مرد و تعداد ۱۷۰ (۵۵.۹٪) زن بودند. در این بررسی با استفاده از تست سریع رایت،&nbsp; غربالگری ۳۰۴ نمونه اخذ شده ی گروه مورد انجام گرفت و ۱۹۳ بیمار (۶۳.۵٪) از نظر بروسلوزیس منفی گزارش گردیدند و تعداد ۱۱۱ نمونه در گروه مورد (۳۶.۵٪) مثبت گزارش گردیدند. همچنین با استفاده از تست رایت لوله ای تعداد ۱۸۹ بیمار (۶۲.۲٪) از نظر بروسلوزیس منفی و 111 بیمار گروه مورد (36.5٪)، مثبت گزارش شدند. برای همه افراد علاوه بر آزمون رایت، آزمایش های سنجش آنتی بادی بر علیه بروسلا از کلاس های<span dir="LTR"> IgG </span>و <span dir="LTR">IgM</span> انجام شد. در این بررسی با استفاده از تست <span dir="LTR">IgG</span>، جهت غربالگری ۳۰۴ نمونه اخذ شده از گروه مورد، ۱۸۵ بیمار (۶۰.۹٪) از نظر بروسلوزیس منفی گزارش گردید. همچنین در این بررسی با استفاده از تست <span dir="LTR">IgM</span> جهت غربالگری ۳۰۴ نمونه ی گروه مورد، ۲۶۱ بیمار (۸۵.۹٪) از نظر بروسلوزیس منفی گزارش شدند.<br> نتیجهگیری: به علت عدم همخوانی نتایج آزمایش های رایت و الایزا و همچنین با توجه به در دسترس بودن، حساسیت بالا و تعیین نوع کلاس آنتی بادی در روش الایزا، این روش برای تشخیص بروسلوز مورد تاکید می باشد <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> In our country, Wright test is used to detect brucellosis. Due to the low sensitivity of this test, false negative cases are reported. In this study, the results of Wright and ELISA tests were compared in suspected cases of brucellosis.<br> <strong>Material and Method: </strong>In this cross-sectional descriptive study, blood samples of 304 suspected cases of brucellosis with clinical symptoms, were taken and the results of Rapid test and Wright Tube test and determination of IgG, IgM classes against Brucella were evaluated by ELISA method.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Of the 304 suspected cases in the control group, 134 people (44.1%) were male and 170 people (55.9%) were female. In this study, using rapid Wright test, to screen 304 samples from the control group, 193 patients (63.5%) were reported Negative for Brucellosis And 111 Samples were positive (36.5%). Also, using the Wright Tube test, 189 patients (62.2%) were reported negative for brucellosis and 115 patients (37.8%) were positive. For all people in addition to the Wright test, Antibody Tests against Brucella, IgG and IgM classes, were performed.
