fa سنجش سطح توسعه‌ یافتگی شهرستان ‌های استان سیستان و بلوچستان از لحاظ برخورداری از خدمات بهداشتی درمانی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: با وجود پیشرفت های اقتصادی و دستاوردهای بزرگ محققان در زمنیه بهداشت و درمان در قرن گذشته، شاهد شکاف های مشخص و واضحی در میزان توسعه یافتگی بهداشت و درمان در بین مناطق و کشورها و عدم تعادل و نابرابری در میزان توسعه امکانات بهداشتی و درمانی هستیم. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی و بررسی نابرابری در توزیع خدمات بهداشتی درمانی در استان سیستان و بلوچستان انجام شد.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: با در نظر گرفتن مولفه های مورد بررسی، رویکرد حاکم بر این پژوهش، توصیفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را شهرستان های استان سیستان و بلوچستان تشکیل داده و اطلاعات مورد نیاز برای رتبه بندی شهرستان ها از لحاظ برخورداری آنها از سالنامه آماری استان استخراج گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در این مطالعه به کمک&nbsp; تکنیک تاپسیس و شاخص توسعه یافتگی موریس و نرم افزارهای <span dir="LTR">Excel</span> و <span dir="LTR">TOPSIS Solver</span> به انجام رسید.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>یافته ها</strong>: نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که شهرستان زابل برخوردارترین شهرستان و شهرستان قصرقند کم برخوردارترین شهرستان&nbsp; استان از نظر شاخص های مورد بررسی می باشند، همچنین شکاف و نابرابری بالایی بین شهرستان های استان وجود دارد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: <span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">ن<span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">نتایج پژوهش، حاکی از آن است که امکانات و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی در استان سیستان و بلوچستان، به‌طور متوازن توزیع نشده است و از نظر توسعه‌ی خدمات حوزه‌ی سلامت، اختلاف زیادی میان شهرستان‌ها وجود دارد؛ بنابراین، </span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;">پیشنهاد می‌شود که جهت کاهش شکاف خدمات حوزه‌ی سلامت در شهرستان‌های استان، از طریق برنامه‌ریزی‌های توسعه محور، اقدامات لازم صورت گیرد</span></span><span style="color:black;">.</span></span></span> <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Despite the economic advances and the huge achievements of researchers in healthcare fields in the past century, we have seen clear gaps in the development level of healthcare services among regions and countries and inequality in the development of health facilities. This study aimed to evaluate the inequality in the distribution of healthcare services in Sistan and Baluchistan province.<br> <strong>Material and Method:</strong> This is a descriptive study that its population is Sistan and Baluchistan counties, and the information that is required for ranking the counties has been extracted from the statistical yearbook of Sistan and Baluchistan province. Data were analyzed by Excel 2010 and TOPSIS Solver Software, using TOPSIS and Morris Development Index Techniques.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that Zabol is the most developed county and Qasr-e Qand is in the least level of development in terms of healthcare services in the province and also there is a high inequality and gap between province counties.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of the study indicated that healthcare facilities and services in Sistan and Baluchistan province are not distributed equally and there is a large gap between the counties of the province in terms of development of healthcare services.
