fa تعیین عوامل مرتبط با اثر بخشی تدریس، براساس نظرات دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان در سال 92-93 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <font size="3"><b> چکیده</b></font><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"> <b>زمینه و هدف:</b> تدریس، فرایند انتقال مطالب توسط استاد به دانشجو براساس طرح منظم و هدفدار و برنامه مشخص شده می باشد. منظور از اثربخش بودن تدریس، میزان دستیابی استاد به اهداف آموزشی است. از اینرو، هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین عوامل مرتبط با اثر بخشی تدریس از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان در سال92-93 می باشد. </font></div><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b>روش بررسی:</b> این پژوهش، یک بررسی مقطعی (توصیفی- تحلیلی) بوده است که در بهار و تابستان 93، بر روی 442 دانشجوی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده اند، انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ای با 17 متغیر، شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و مهمترین عوامل مرتبط با اثربخشی تدریس در 5 حیطه، شامل: روش های تدریس، دانش پژوهی، روش ارزیابی، قدرت ایجاد ارتباط و انتقال مطالب و خصوصیات فردی بود. اهداف توصیفی یا آمار های توصیفی، مانند میانگین و انحراف معیار و اهداف تحلیلی، با آزمون های t-test، One way ANOVA، همبستگی پیرسون و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. </font></div><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b>یافته ها:</b> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که از دیدگاه دانشجویان به ترتیب در حیطه های :روش های تدریس و اختصاص مدت زمان مناسب (61.5 %)، دانش پژوهی و مدرک استاد (58/5 %)، قدرت ایجاد ارتباط و انتقال مطالب، تدریس به زبان قابل فهم و زبان رسمی (64.7 %)، خصوصیات فردی و عدم وجود تبعیض های فرهنگی، جنسیتی و علمی (62 %) و در حیطه روش ارزیابی و مطابقت سوالات با مطالب تدریس شده (61.9 %)، بیشترین اهمیت را داشتند. </font></div><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b>بحث و نتیجه گیری:</b> با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، دانشجویان بر اهمیت خصوصیات فردی در اثر بخش بودن تدریس اساتید تأکید بیشتری داشته‌اند؛ این خود نشان می‌دهد، گزینش اساتید دانشگاه باید بر اساس داشتن ویژگی‌های لازم برای تدریس اثربخش باشد؛ همچنین با استفاده از روش های تدریس مناسب، تقویت شخصیت فردی و دانش پژوهی، می توان به بهبود اثربخشی تدریس و در نهایت بهبود کیفیت آموزشی کمک شایانی کرد.</font></div> <font face="times new roman, times, serif" size="3"><b> Abstract</b><br></font><div><b style="margin: 0px padding: 0px border: 0px font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif font-size: medium line-height: 35.2000007629395px">Background and Aim:</b><font face="times new roman, times, serif" size="3"> Teaching is the process of transmission material by the teacher to the student based on the systematic and objective and specified program. Determine the effectiveness of teaching is the access level of professor to educational goals. Therefore, the aim of this study is defined under the factors related to the effectiveness of teaching according to comments of medical sciences students of Kurdistan University in the year 92-93. </font></div><div><b style="margin: 0px padding: 0px border: 0px font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif font-size: medium line-height: 35.2000007629395px">Materials and Methods:</b><font face="times new roman, times, serif" size="3"> The study is a cross-sectional study that in the spring and summer of 93 was performance on 442 of Medical Sciences students of Kurdistan University that were choose randomly. Data collection tools were a questionnaire with 17 variables that included of demographic data and the most important factors related to effectiveness of teaching. In 5 domains that included of: Teaching Methods, Scholarships, methods of evaluation, Ability to communicate and Transfer content and individual characteristics. Descriptive purposes or Descriptive Statistics like mean and standard deviation and analytical purposes was tasted by, t-test, one way ANOVA, PEARSON Solidarity and SPSS22 Software. </font></div><div><b style="margin: 0px padding: 0px border: 0px font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif font-size: medium line-height: 35.2000007629395px">Results</b><font face="times new roman, times, serif" size="3">: The results of this study showed that from the perspective of the students in the area of teaching methods Allocate appropriate time with 61.5%, in the field of scholarship Master's degree with 58.5%, in the field of communication and transfer of contents Understandable language teaching and Official Languages with 64.7%, in the field of personal characteristics Lack of cultural discrimination gender and science with 62% and the field of the assessment Match the questions with the course content with 61.9% had most important. </font></div><div><font face="times new roman, times, serif" size="3"><b>Conclusions:</b> According to results of this study were more focused on the importance of individual characteristics in effectiveness of professor teaching that It shows Selection of university teachers should be based on having the required features for effective teaching.
