fa بررسی علل عدم گزارش دهی خطاهای دارویی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان1396 عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: آشکارسازی خطا اساس حفظ ایمنی بیماران است. از آن جایی که دانشجویان پرستاری تجربه بالینی محدودی دارند ممکن است به طور ناخواسته در معرض خطاهای دارویی قرار بگیرند اما به دلایل مختلف بیشتر این خطاها را گزارش نمی دهند، بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف تعیین علل عدم گزارش دهی خطاهای دارویی از دیدگاه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان انجام شد.<br> مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه ا توصیفی تحلیلی&nbsp; جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان پرستاری ترم سه تا هشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان درسال1396 بود که واحد فارماکولوژی بالینی را گذرانده بودند.120 دانشجو به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه دو قسمتی شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه علل عدم گزارش دهی خطای دارویی جمع آوری شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS &nbsp;نسخه ۱۶ و آزمون های آماری توصیفی کای دو و آزمون فیشر تجزیه و تحلیل شد.<br> &nbsp;یافته ها: 55.7درصد از واحدهای مورد پژوهش &nbsp;زنان و89.3 درصد مجرد بودند، 13.1 درصد خطاهای دارویی خود را گزارش کرده بودند. از بین عوامل عدم گزارش دهی خطای دارویی از دیدگاه دانشجویان به ترتیب، ترس از آشکارشدن خطا و ایجاد مسائل قضایی به دنبال آن (72.9درصد)، ترس از اینکه خبردر دانشکده درج شود و دیگر دانشجویان از آن مطلع شوند (72.1 درصد)، ترس ازاینکه بیمار متوجه شود و نگرش منفی نسبت به من پیداکند (70.5 درصد)، ترس از تاثیر خطا در نمره ارزشیابی و بروز پیامدهای آموزشی به دنبال آن (64.7درصد) بیشترین فراوانی را به خود اختصاص دادند. بین بخش (محل کارآموزی) با ترس از اینکه خبر در دانشکده درج شود و دیگر دانشجویان از آن مطلع شوند رابطه معنی دار آماری وجود داشت (p=0.03)، همچنین بین جنس (p=0.06) و تاهل( p=0.08)، باترس از اطلاع یافتن کارکنان بخش و سرزنش شدن توسط آنان رابطه معنی دار آماری وجود داشت.<br> نتیجه گیری: براساس یافته ها و علل مشخص شده لزوم ایجاد سیستم کارآمد گزارش دهی و ثبت خطا با به حداقل رساندن موانع گزارش دهی ضروری است، بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود مربیان آموزشی و پرسنل بیمارستان واکنش مثبت در قبال گزارش دهی خطاها در دانشجویان داشته باشند. <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Error detecting is known as basis of patient safety improvement. Since the clinical experience of nursing students is limited, they may unintentionally be exposed to medication errors and don&#39;t report them for many different reasons. The present study aimed to determine the barriers of reporting medication errors among nursing students of Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Material and Method:</strong> This descriptive-analytic study was conducted on 120 nursing students, from third to eighth semester, in Kurdistan University of Medical Sciences which had passed successfully a unite of clinical pharmacology, enrolled through census method. Data were collected by a two part questionnaire Including demographic features and the probable causes of not reporting medication errors. Data were analyzed by SPSS version 16 through descriptive statistics, Chi-square and Fisher&rsquo;s exact test.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>In this study 55.7% of the cases were female, 89.3% were not married and just 13.1% of them reported their medication errors. In this study the most frequent reasons for not reporting errors were fear of detecting errors and creating legal issues following it (72.9%), fear of being posted in the college news and other students being informed (72.1%), fear of patients being informed and have negative attitude toward them (70.5%), and fear of the impact of the error in the evaluation score and its following educational consequences (64.7%).
