fa بررسی مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی باسیل‌های گرم منفی غیر تخمیری (سودوموناس‌ها و اسینتوباکترها) در بیماران مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان‌های بعثت و توحید سنندج در سال‌های 1387-1386 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <font size="3"><b> چکیده </b></font><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b> زمینه و هدف:</b> مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی در گروه های مختلف باکتری ها نسبت به آنتی بیوتیک های گوناگون، یک مشکل اساسی در درمان مبتلایان به عفونت های مختلف است. بررسی شیوع مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی و پایش دائمی الگوی درمانی این باکتری ها، در بهبود بخشیدن به شرایط بیماران مبتلا به بیماری های عفونی- باکتریایی به ما کمک بسیاری می کند.  </font></div><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b>روش بررسی:</b> در این مطالعه، با بررسی دفاتر ثبت الگوی مقاومت و حساسیت آنتی بیوتیکی باکتری های جدا شده از بیمارستان های بعثت و توحید شهر سنندج درطی یک سال، به بررسی شیوع این مقاومت ها در دو خانواده باکتریایی سودوموناس و اسینتوباکتر پرداختیم. </font></div><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b>یافته ها:</b> از 10000 نمونه بالینی مورد بررسی، 60 مورد سویه باسیل‌های گرم منفی غیرتخمیری جداشد که ازاین میان، سودوموناس آئروژینوزا با 25 مورد (41.66 %) وسایرگونه های سودوموناس با 24 مورد (40%)، رتبه دوم شیوع را بخود اختصاص دادند و اسینتوباکتر با 11 مورد(18.33 %) جداسازی شد. </font></div><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b>نتیجه گیری:</b> برای درمان موثرتر عفونت های شدید ایجاد شده توسط این باکتری هاضروری است که از درمان ترکیبی آنتی بیوتیک ها استفاده شود؛ مثلاً یک آمینوگلیکوزید و پنی سیلین سنتزی مانند تیکارسیلین یا پیپراسیلین تجویز می شود.</font></div> <font size="3" face="times new roman, times, serif"><b> ABSTRACT </b></font><div><font size="3" face="times new roman, times, serif"><b>Background and Aim:</b> Antibiotic resistance in different groups of bacteria is a major problem in the treatment of various infections. Survey prevalence of antibiotic-resistant and monitoring this bacteria will improve the conditions of patients with bacterial infections. </font></div><div><font size="3" face="times new roman, times, serif"><b>Materials and Methods:</b> In this study we examine the record results resistance patterns and antibiotic susceptibility of bacterial isolates from Besat and Tohid hospitals in Sanandaj within a year. The prevalence of resistance in the two families of Pseudomonas bacteria and Acinetobacter were evaluated. </font></div><div><font size="3" face="times new roman, times, serif"><b>Results:</b> Of 10,000 clinical specimens were referred to Sanandaj’s Hospitals, 60 strains of non-fermentative gram-negative bacteriawhich P. aeruginosa with 66/41%, other Pseudomonas species with 40% and Acinetobacter 33/18%were isolated. </font></div><div><font size="3" face="times new roman, times, serif"><b>Conclusion:</b> for effective treatment of severe infections caused by these bacteria, it is necessary to combination therapy with an aminoglycoside antibiotic and synthetic penicillins such Ticarcillin or Piperacillin.</font></div> مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی, سودوموناس, اسینتوباکتر Antibiotic resistance, Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter 54 59 http://zanko.muk.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-24&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 P.
