fa بررسی پارامترهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی آب قنات های بخش مرکزی بیرجند تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <font size="3"><b> چکیده </b></font><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b>زمینه و هدف:</b> آب یکی از اصلی ترین عوامل محدود کننده در دستیابی به توسعه پایدار است بخصوص علاوه بر محدودیت های کمی، از نظر کیفی نیز در معرض تهدید قرار داشته باشد. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین کیفیت آب قناتهای بخش مرکزی شهر بیرجند بوده است. </font></div><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b>روش بررسی:</b> بدین منظور فاکتورهای آمونیاک، سختی کل، کلسیم، منیزیم، نیتریت، کلر، اکسیژن محلول، دما و pH در چهار منطقه اندازه گیری شدند. آنالیز غلظت پارامترهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی در نمونه های آب با استفاده از دستگاه Palintest صورت گرفت. همچنین از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون به منظور یافتن روابط بین پارامترها استفاده شد. </font></div><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b>یافته ها:</b> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که غلظت سختی کل، آمونیاک و سختی کلسیم به ترتیب رنجی بین 490 تا 504 ، 0.1 تا 0.2 و 85 تا 125 میلی گرم بر لیتر بوده است. میانگین غلظت نیتریت، کلر و منیزیم به ترتیب رنجی بین 0.05-0.09 ، 0.30-0.09 و 39 تا 46 میلی گرم بر لیتر تعیین گردید. همچنین میانگین غلظت دما و pH به ترتیب برابر 21.2 تا 20.1 و 7.5 تا 8.2 اندازه گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین دما و نیترات همبستگی معنی دار وجود داشت. </font></div><div style="direction: rtl"><font size="3"><b>نتیجه گیری:</b> نتایج بدست آمده از این مطالعه نشان داد که کلیه پارامترهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی آب قناتهای بخش مرکزی بیرجند کمتر از استانداردهای بهداشتی بوده و مشکلات بهداشتی برای مصرف انسان ندارد.</font></div> <font size="3" face="times new roman, times, serif"><b> ABSTRACT</b></font><div><font size="3" face="times new roman, times, serif"><b>Background and aim:</b> Water is one of the most important limiting factors to receive sustainable development, in addition to, if it is at dangerous to its quality limit. The objective of this study was to determine water quality in central part Qanats of Birjand.  </font></div><div><font size="3" face="times new roman, times, serif"><b>Materials and Methods: </b>For this reason, factors of ammonia, hardness, calcium, magnesium and, also nitrite, chlorine, dissolved oxygen, temperature and pH were measured in four regions. Physico-chemical parameters concentrations in the water samples were analyzed using Palintest. Also, a Pearson correlation (r) was used to identify any relationships between parameters. </font></div><div><font size="3" face="times new roman, times, serif"><b>Results:</b> The results of this study showed that mean concentrations of total hardness, ammonia and calcium were found to be range 490-504, 0.1-0.2 and 85-125 mg/L, respectively. Concentration of nitrite, chlorine and magnesium were determined at range 0.05-0.09, 0.09-0.30 and 39-42 mg/L, respectively. Also, concentration of temperature and pH were measured at range 20.1-21.2 °C and 7.5-8.2, respectively.
