fa محاسبه سهم زمانی خدمات ارائه شده به بیماران در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان کوثر سنندج در سال 1397 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> اورژانس به عنوان شلوغ ترین بخش بیمارستانی و با بیشترین مراجعه کننده است.&nbsp; از این رو با توجه به اهمیت زمان بندی در مدیریت بیماران اورژانس، این مطالعه جهت بررسی گردش کار بیماران مراجعه کننده به اورژانس بیمارستان کوثر طراحی و اجرا گردید. <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش کار:</strong>&nbsp; این مطالعه توصیفی به صورت مقطعی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 300 بیمار مراجعه کننده به اورژانس بیمارستان کوثر در سال 97 بود که به صورت سرشماری در مدت 2 ماه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات دموگرافیک، مدت زمان انتظار جهت ویزیت، اعلام نتایج و مشاوره ها از پرونده ها و سیستم اظلاعات بیمارستان استخراج گردید.</div> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>در این مطالعه 92.7 درصد بیماران در کمتر از15 دقیقه انتظار ویزیت شده بودند. مدت زمان لازم جهت تریاژ بیماران در 99.7 درصد بیماران کمتر از 10 دقیقه بود. 85.3 درصد بیماران کمتر از 20 دقیقه جهت تشکیل پرونده در انتظار مانده بودند. در این مطالعه 96.7 درصد بیماران کمتز از 12 ساعت در اورژانس اقامت داشتند. بر طبق نتایج به دست آمده بیش از 99.7 درصد گرافی ها در عرض 1 ساعت آماده می شدند و 90 درصد بیماران در 2 ساعت اول نتیجه آزمایشات را دریافت کرده بودند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> بر اساس یافته های این مطالعه مدت زمانی که بیماران صرف انتظار برای تشکیل پرونده می کنند، یکی از عوامل تاخیر در ویزیت بیماران است. کمبود نیروی انسانی و فیزیکی، حجم بالای مراجعه کنندگان و گاها بستری های بی مورد باعث افزایش مدت زمان بستری شدن بیماران در بخش اورژانس است. <strong>Background and Aim: </strong>The emergency department is the busiest part of the hospital with the most clients. Given the importance of scheduling in the management of emergency patients, this study was designed and implemented to evaluate the workflow of patients referring to the emergency department of Kosar Hospital.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods: &nbsp;</strong>The design of this study was descriptive cross-sectional, in which the study population included all patients referred to the emergency department of Kosar Hospital in 1397 for 2 months (300 patients in total). Demographic information, waiting time for visits, providing results and consultations were extracted from the files and HIS of the hospital.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The findings of this study showed that 92.7% of patients were visited in less than 15 minutes. Time required for triage of patients was less than 10 minutes in 99.7% of cases. 85.3% of participants were admitted to the ED (emergency department) in less than 20 minutes. Total admission time in ED was less than 2 hours in 96.7% of cases. More than 99.7% of imaging results were prepared in less than 1 hour. Similarly, in 90% of admitted patients, the results of lab tests were prepared in less than 2 hours.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>According to this study, one of the factors contributing to the delaying of visits is the waiting time for the admission process.
