fa اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سلامت روان و اجتناب تجربه‌ای در بیمارانPTSD تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research &nbsp;<br> <strong>چکیده</strong> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه وهدف:</strong> سلامت روانی، هدف آرمانی مراقبت‌های بهداشتی است و یک درمان زمانی مفید است که سلامت روانی را افزایش دهد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تعیین &nbsp;اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر سلامت روان و اجتناب تجربه‌ای دربیماران<span dir="LTR">PTSD</span> بود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد ها و روش کار :</strong> روش پژوهش در این تحقیق نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل بوده جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل جانبازان مبتلابه اختلال استرس پس از سانحه بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران شهر شیراز در سال 97 -1396 اجرا شد. از 150 جانباز با تشخیص <span dir="LTR">ptsd</span> با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 30 نفر انتخاب و به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه ۱5 نفر) تقسیم شدند. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (<span dir="LTR">GHQ</span>) ، و پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل نسخه دوم (<span dir="LTR">AAQ-II</span>)&nbsp; پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده ها از&nbsp; تحلیل کوواریانس&nbsp; استفاده گردید.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong>&nbsp; نشان می دهد میانگین نمرات سلامت روان در گروه آزمایش در مرحله پس آزمون در مقایسه با مرحله پیش آزمون افزایش داشته است. همچنین نشان می دهد میانگین میانگین نمرات اجتناب تجربه‌ای در گروه آزمایش در مرحله پس آزمون در مقایسه با مرحله پیش آزمون کاهش داشته است. همچنین نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که میانگین نمره سلامت روان و اجتناب تجربه ای بین قبل و بعد از مداخله تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری وجود داشت (0/05><span dir="LTR">P</span>).</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong>یافته های این پژوهش&nbsp; سبب افزایش سلامت روان، بهبود کیفیت زندگی در بیماران به اختلال استرس پس از سانحه می شود&nbsp; و نمایانگر افق های تازه ای در مداخلات بالینی است ومی توان از آن به عنوان یک روش مداخله ای موثر سود جست.</div> <br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Aim and Background:</strong> Mental health is the ideal goal of health care, and a treatment is useful when it increases mental health. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of treatment based on acceptance of and commitment to mental health and experiential avoidance in PTSD patients.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: This is a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design with two experimental and control groups. The study population included veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder after the incidence of the Martyr and Veterans Affairs Foundation of Shiraz in 2017-2018. Of the 150 veterans diagnosed with PTSD, 30 were selected using the available sampling method and randomly divided into two groups of experiments and controls (each group with 16 members). To collect the data, they answered the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and the second version of Admission and Action Questionnaire (AAQ-II). Covariance analysis was used to analyze the data.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that the mean scores of mental health in the experimental group increased in the post-test stage compared to the pre-test stage. Findings also showed that there was a decrease in mean scores of experiential avoidance in the experimental group in the post-test stage compared to the pre-test stage.
