fa بررسی اثر بخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر اختلالات شخصیت پارانوئید و اسکیزوتایپی در معتادان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="left"> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> اعتیاد یک بیماری مزمن است که عوامل گوناگون زیست شناختی، روان شناختی و اجتماعی در آن تأثیر دارند. روزانه بر شمار افراد مبتلا به این معضل افزوده شده و باعث از بین رفتن مرزهای فرهنگی جامعه و به خطر افتادن سلامت روانی و اقتصادی بشر می گردد.<strong> </strong>هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر اختلالات شخصیت پارانوئید و اسکیزوتایپی در معتادان می باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مواد و روش کار: </strong>&nbsp;پژوهش حاضر به روش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام گرفته است. جامعه ی مورد پژوهش حاضر مردان مبتلا به اعتیاد شهرستان&nbsp;&nbsp; اندیمشک که به صورت بستری یا سرپایی به&nbsp; کمپ ترک اعتیاد واقع در شهرستان اندیمشک مراجعه نموده اند، بود. شیوه نمونه گیری در این خله ای حضور پویا در لحظه مبتنی بر یوگا (10 نفر) و گروه کنترل (10 نفر) جای گرفتند. این نمونه گیری از 13 خرداد 98 آغاز شد و 8 هفته به طول انجامید. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش کوواریانس در نرم افزار <span dir="LTR">24</span> <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> انجام شد.<strong><br> یافته &shy;ها: </strong>با کنترل پیش آزمون، از لحاظ اختلالات شخصیت پارانوئید و اسکیزوتایپی بین گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد (001 0/ 0><span dir="LTR">(F=79/90وP </span>.<br> <strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی می توانند بر کاهش اختلالات شخصیت خوشه A در معتادان تاثیر مثبت داشته باشد.</div> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <div style="clear:both;"></div> <table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aims:</strong> Addiction is a chronic disease that affects various biological, psychological and social factors. Daily increases in the number of people affected by this dilemma, leading to the disappearance of the cultural boundaries of the community and endangering the mental and economic health of humankind. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on paranoia personality and schizotypal personality disorders in drug addicts.<br> <strong>&nbsp;Materials and Methods</strong>: The present study is a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest control group design. The study population was consisted of men with drug addiction in Andimeshk County who were admitted to drug rehabilitation camp, hospitalized or outpatient. Using the Available Sampling method, among those who attended, 20 patients were selected after complying with the entry and exit criteria. The attendees were randomly divided into two groups: mindfulness intervention group (n=10) and control group (n=10).
