fa رابطه سبک زندگی و حمایت اجتماعی درک شده با رضایت مندی زناشویی کادر درمانی بیمارستان منتظری نجف‌آباد در سال 1398 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌سلامت خانواده از جوانب مختلف ارزشمند است و تعیین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آن مثل سبک زندگی و حمایت اجتماعی درک شده می‌تواند سلامت خانواده را تضمین کند.</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه سبک زندگی و حمایت اجتماعی درک شده با رضایت&shy; مندی زناشویی کادر درمانی متأهل بیمارستان منتظری نجف‌آباد در سال 1398 انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش &shy;کار:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بود که بر 120 نفر از کارکنان کادر درمانی متأهل شاغل در بخش‌های مختلف بیمارستان منتظری نجف‌آباد انجام شد. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه جمعیت &shy;شناختی، سبک زندگی میلر و اسمیت، حمایت اجتماعی زیمت، و رضایت زناشویی انریچ استفاده شد. داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه) </span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نسخه 20</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته &rlm;ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بین سبک زندگی و حمایت اجتماعی درک شده با رضایت زناشویی رابطه معنادار وجود داشت (0/05</span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">˂</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">p</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان داد سبک زندگی و حمایت اجتماعی می‌تواند 20/9 درصد واریانس رضایت زناشویی را تبیین کند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه&rlm; گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با توجه به این یافته‌ها می‌توان از طریق آموزش اصلاح سبک زندگی و حمایت اجتماعی درک شده، به زوج &shy;ها کمک کرد که با اصلاح شیوه زندگی و برقراری ارتباط اجتماعی، باعث غنی‌سازی زندگی مشترک خود شوند.</span></span> <strong>Background and Aim:</strong> As family health is valuable from different aspects, it can be achieved by focusing on its predicting factors such as lifestyle and the perceived social support. The present research aims to investigate the relationship between lifestyle, perceived social support, and marital satisfaction in the married employees of Montazeri Hospital in Najafabad in 2019.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods<span dir="RTL">:</span> </strong>This research is a descriptive-correlational study which was carried out in 2019. The population study included all married members of the medical staff (doctors, nurses, midwives, practical nurses, radiologists, laboratory technicians, operating room staff, and anesthesiologists) working in different wards of Montazeri Hospital in Najafabad (286 people). Out of the mentioned population, 120 people were selected by convenience random sampling. The research tools included a demographic questionnaire, Miller and Smith&rsquo;s lifestyle questionnaire, Zimmen&rsquo;s social support questionnaire, and Enrich&rsquo;s marital satisfaction questionnaire. The data obtained by the questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Spearman correlation coefficient and multiple regression) in SPSS 21.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>A significant relationship was found between lifestyle, perceived social support, and marital satisfaction (P˂0.05).
