fa بررسی میزان تمایل مادران باردار به نوع زایمان در شهر بانه در سال 1393 The study of inclination of pregnant mothers to the mode of delivery in Bane city in 2014 عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: پایان یافتن دوره بارداری همراه با سلامت مادر و جنین از اهداف علم زایمان می باشد. برای دست یابی به این هدف باید زایمان به شیوه ای انجام شود که کمترین احتمال خطر را به همراه داشته باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان تمایل مادران باردار به نوع زایمان در شهر بانه انجام گردید.<o:p /> روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بر روی 305 زن باردار در سال 1393 در شهر بانه انجام گردید. روش نمونه گیری در این مطالعه، انتخاب تصادفی زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی بود. اطلاعات مربوط به تمایل مادران باردار برای نوع زایمان از طریق مصاحبه با مادران بدست آمد و در چک لیست ثبت گردید.<o:p /> یافته ها: از 305 نفر مورد مطالعه، 135 نفر( 44/3%) به سزارین و 170 نفر (55/7 %) تمایل به زایمان طبیعی داشتند. در این مطالعه تفاوت معنی داری بین سطح تحصیلات مادران، وضعیت اشتغال مادران، ترس از درد زایمان و ترس از آسیب به نوزاد با تمایل به انتخاب نوع زایمان وجود نداشت (0/001 < P). ما تفاوت معنی داری بین اعتقاد به ایمن بودن سزارین، سابقه بارداری و سن مادران باردار با زایمان انتخابی دیده شد (0/001 > p). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه اعتقاد به ایمن بودن سزارین و تعداد بارداری ها از دلایل انتخاب روش سزارین می باشند، توصیه می شود برنامه ریزی مناسبی جهت آموزش مادران در مورد ویژگی های هر دو نوع زایمان طبیعی و سزارین انجام گیرد و همچنین شرایط و امکانات زایمانی یهتری نیز فراهم شود.<o:p /> Background: Termination of pregnancy with fetal and maternal health is the goal of delivery science. In order to achieve this goal the delivery should be done in a way that has the least level of risk. Since mothers are involved in choosing the mode of delivery, this study was aimed to determine the willingness of mothers for the mode of delivery. Methodology: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 305 pregnant women in 2014 in Bane city. The random sampling method was used to select the pregnant women who referred to health centers. The information for pregnant women tendency for the mode of delivery were obtained through interviews with the mothers were recorded in the check list. Result: among the 305 studied pregnant women, 135 (3/44%) and 170 (7/55%) were interested in cesarean and natural childbirth respectively. There was no significant difference between the level of maternal education, maternal employment status, fear of pain, and fear of harm to the baby's birth and the tendency to the mode of delivery (P<0/001). However, there was a significant difference between the belief in the safety of cesarean delivery, gestational age and pregnancy history with selected delivery mode (P < 0/001). Conclusion: Considering the results of this study, the belief in safety of pregnancy and the number of pregnancies are the reasons for choosing cesarean mode of delivery.
