fa بررسی میزان آگاهی، عملکرد، و نگرش والدین کودکان مبتلا به بیماری مادرزادی قلب در شهر کرمانشاه از بهداشت دهان و دندان فرزندان در سال ١٣۹۸-١٣۹۷ تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> کودکان مبتلا</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">به بیماری&shy; های مادرزادی قلبی نیازهای گسترده &shy;تری به اقدامات دندانپزشکی دارند. نگرش‌ والدین این کودکان در زمینه بهداشت و دندان بر نحوه مراقبت‌های دهانی آنها بسیار تأثیرگذار است. هدف این مطالعه تعیین میزان آگاهی، عملکرد، و نگرش والدین کودکان مبتلا به بیماری مادرزادی قلب از بهداشت دهان و دندان فرزندان است. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;">مواد و روش&shy; کار:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی است که بر 138 نفر از والدین کودکان مبتلا به بیماری&shy; های مادرزادی قلب مراجعه&shy; کننده به کلینیک فوق تخصصی قلب کودکان بیمارستان دکتر محمد کرمانشاهی در شهر کرمانشاه انجام گرفت. نمونه&shy; ها به صورت تصادفی ساده وارد مطالعه شدند. گردآوری داده&shy; ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه انجام گرفت. پس از جمع&shy; آوری اطلاعات داده &shy;ها وارد نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> نسخه 24 شد و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;">یافته&shy; ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> میانگین و انحراف معیار آگاهی و نگرش والدین کودکان مبتلا به بیماری مادرزادی قلب به ترتیب 50/17</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">25/27 5 و 31/14</span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> 25/67 بود. همچنین، عملکرد والدین در ارتباط با مسواک زدن فرزندان متوسط و در خصوص مراجعه به دندانپزشک ضعیف بود.<span style="background:yellow;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;">بحث و نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> نتایج نشان داد والدین آگاهی ضعیفی در خصوص بهداشت دهان و دندان کودکان خود داشتند. از طرفی، نگرش آنها در خصوص سلامت و بهداشت دهان و دندان در حد خوب و مثبت ارزیابی شد؛ اما عدم آگاهی و دانش ناکافی در خصوص بهداشت دهان و دندان زمینه&shy; ساز عملکرد نامناسب آنها بود. </span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> For decades, cardiovascular disease has been the leading cause of death worldwide. Patients with systemic problems, such as children with congenital heart disease, need more oral care, since they are at more risk of bacteremia and endocarditis induced by oral infections. The attitude of the parents towards oral hygiene is very influential on children&#39;s oral health. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the knowledge, attitude and practice of parents of children with congenital heart disease regarding their children&rsquo;s oral health.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The present study is a cross-sectional study on 138 parents of children with congenital heart disease referred to pediatric cardiology clinic of Dr. Mohammad Kermanshahi Hospital in Kermanshah, Iran. Simple random sampling was used for choosing the samples and data were collected by a questionnaire. Then, data were entered into SPSS version 24 software and were analyzed.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results</strong>: In this study, the mean and standard deviation of the parents&rsquo; knowledge were 27.25&plusmn;17.5 respectively, and their attitude was 67.25&plusmn;14.31. The parents&#39; practice of brushing the teeth of their children was moderate and their dentist visit was evaluated to be poor.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of the study showed that parents of children with congenital heart disease had poor knowledge about their children&#39;s oral health.
