fa بررسی سطح سواد سلامت و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشجویان: یک مطالعه مقطعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> سواد سلامت نقش مهمی در ارتقا سطح سلامت جامعه دارد، بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین سطح سواد سلامت و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در دانشجویان شهرستان قاین انجام شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مواد و روش &shy;کار:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی به صورت مقطعی در سال 1398 انجام شد. 220 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه&shy; های مختلف شهرستان قاین به روش نمونه&shy; گیری طبقه &shy;ای تصادفی وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گرد&shy;آوردی داده &shy;ها پرسشنامه سنجش سواد سلامت بزرگسالان ایرانی (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">HELIA</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) بود. داده&shy; ها با استفاده از نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نسخه 23 از طریق آماره&shy;&nbsp; های توصیفی، آزمون تی &shy;مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، و آزمون رگرسیون خطی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره سواد سلامت افراد مورد مطالعه 16/14</span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> 09/73&nbsp; بدست آمد. بیش از 25&nbsp; و 3/42 درصد افراد شرکت&shy; کننده در این مطالعه به ترتیب سطح سواد سلامت عالی و کافی داشتند. سطح سواد سلامت 2/28 درصد آنها نه چندان کافی برآورد شد و تنها 8/3 درصد این افراد از سواد سلامت ناکافی برخوردار بودند. بین سن، جنسیت، و نوع دانشگاه با سواد سلامت ارتباط معناداری مشاهده شد (0/05</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">P<</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بحث و نتیجه &shy;گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> سطح سواد سلامت دانشجویان در مطالعه حاضر در حد کافی و مطلوب قرار داشت؛ اما با توجه به سطح سواد سلامت نامطلوب یک سوم دانشجویان، اتخاذ تصمیمات مناسب جهت ارتقا سطح سواد سلامت دانشجویان توصیه می&shy; شود.</span></span> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#000000;"><b>Background & Aim:</b> </span>Health literacy has an important role in promoting the health of the community. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the level of health literacy and the factors affecting it in students of Ghaen city.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional study was conducted in 2019. 220 students from different universities in Ghaen city were included in the study by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using the Iranian Adult Health Literacy Questionnaire (HELIA) and were analyzed using SPSS software version 23 through descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and linear regression test.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean (standard deviation) of health literacy score was 73.09 (14.16) out of 100. More than 25% of the participants in this study had excellent health literacy levels and 42.3% of participants had sufficient health literacy levels. The level of health literacy of 28.2% of the study population was not enough and only 3.8% of the subjects had insufficient health literacy. There was a significant relationship between age, gender and type of university with health literacy.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The level of health literacy of students in this study is sufficient and desirable.
