fa بررسی وضعیّت ایمنی و بهداشت محیط مهدکودک‌های شهر ایلام در سال 1400 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:bold"><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">چکیده:</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:#000000;">زمینه و هدف: مهدکودک&shy;ها یکی از اماکن عمومی هستند که نظارت بر آن&shy;ها به عهده‌ی واحد بهداشت محیط می&shy;باشد&nbsp;از</span> آنجا که بیماری&shy;های عفونی و انگلی در مهدکودک‌ها که اعضای اصلی آن را کودکان تشکیل می‌دهند به وفور دیده می‌شود، رعایت نکات بهداشتی در آن&shy;ها از اهمیّت خاصی برخوردار است. مطالعه‌ی حاضر به بررسی وضعیّت ایمنی و بهداشت محیط مهدکودک&shy;های شهر ایلام در سال 1400 می&shy;پردازد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مواد و روش‌ها : </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی، همه‌ی مهدکودک&shy;های موجود در سطح شهر ایلام به روش سرشماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت؛ سپس با استفاده از چک لیست بازرسی بهداشتی از مهدکودک&shy;های شهری، اطلاعات لازم جمع‌آوری شد و داده&shy;ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اکسل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">یافته‌ها : </span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مهدکودک&shy;های شهر ایلام از نظر بهداشت</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> فردی، بهداشت مواد غذایی، بهداشت ابزار و تجهیزات، بهداشت و ایمنی ساختمان به ترتیب 53/83، 98/72، 91/81 و 42/71 درصد دارای وضعیّت مطلوب بوده و میانگین کل رعایت شاخص&shy;های بهداشت و ایمنی در این اماکن برابر با 47/77 درصد گزارش گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">بحث و نتیجه &shy;گیری:&nbsp; </span></span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">بر اساس</span></span></span><b> </b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">نتایج مطالعه‌ی حاضر، نظارت&shy;های بیشتر از سوی بازرسان بهداشتی، توجّه ویژه به مباحث ایمنی در زمینه‌ی ساخت و ساز ایمن و اهمّیت دادن به رعایت اصول فنّی ذکر شده در آیین‌نامه&shy;های بهداشتی مهدکودک‌ها می&shy;تواند سبب ارتقاء وضعیّت این اماکن و انطباق آن&shy;ها با استاندارد‌های مربوطه گردد.</span></span></span> Abstract:<br> Background and Aim: Kindergartens are one of the public places that supervised by environmental health unit. Since infectious and parasitic diseases are abundant in kindergartens, the main members of which are children, observing hygienic points in them is of great importance. The present study investigates the safety condition and environmental health status of kindergartens Ilam city in 1400.<br> Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, all of kindergartens in Ilam city were evaluated by census method. Then, using a health inspection checklist from urban kindergartens, the necessary information was collected and data using Excel software were analyzed.<br> Results: Kindergartens Ilam city in terms of personal hygiene, food hygiene, tool and equipment hygiene, health and safety building were 83.53%, 72.98%, 81.91% and 71.42% respectively and the average of observing health and safety indicators in these places 77.47% was&nbsp; reported.<br> Discussion and Conclusion: According to the results of this study, more supervision by health inspectors, paying special attention to safety issues in the field of safe construction and attention to observing the technical principles mentioned in the health regulations of kindergartens can promotion the status of these places and adaptation them to the relevant standards.<br> &nbsp; ایمنی, بهداشت محیط, مهدکودک, شهر ایلام.
