fa بررسی نشانه های بالینی و استفاده از تجهیزات حفاظت فردی در پرسنل مبتلا به بیماری کووید-19 شاغل در مراکز ریفرال کودکان در جنوب غرب ایران در سال 99-1398 Investigation of demographic, clinical, occupational, and personal protective attributes of healthcare workers of pediatric referral centers of southwest of Iran who have contracted Covid-19 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: کارکنان بهداشتی در معرض خطر قابل توجهی برای ابتلا به کرونا هستند. بنابراین حفظ سلامتی آنان اهمیت دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین یافته های بالینی در فاز حاد و نقاهت و نیز میزان استفاده از تجهیزات حفاظت فردی در پرسنل درمانی و غیردرمانی مبتلا به کووید19 شاغل در بیمارستانهای ابوذر و بقایی2 شهر اهواز انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-مقطعی است که بر روی 130 نفر از کارکنان (95پرسنل درمانی و 35پرسنل غیردرمانی) که تست مثبت PCR داشتند، قبل از واکسیناسیون در سال 99-98 انجام شد. انتخاب نمونه های پژوهش به شیوه سرشماری انجام شد. داده ها با کمک چک لیستهای محقق ساخته اطلاعات دموگرافیک-طبی و استفاده از وسایل حفاظت فردی جمع آوری شد. داده ها در نرم افزار SPSS با تست های آماری توصیفی آنالیز شد. یافته ها: اکثریت مبتلایان کادر درمانی مؤنث(6/72درصد) و در پرسنل غیردرمانی، مذکر(60درصد) بودند. اکثر مبتلایان، پرستار بودند. بیش از نیمی از پرسنل فاقد هرگونه بیماری زمینه ای و مزمن بودند. 9/85درصد پرسنل درمانی و40درصد پرسنل غیردرمانی اظهار کردند حداقل یکنفر از اعضای خانواده شان به بیماری کووید-19مبتلا شده است. شایعترین علائم دوره نقاهت ضعف/خستگی/ بدن درد و مشکلات تنفسی بود. از نظر استفاده از تجهیزات حفاظت فردی و روشهای پیشگیری از عفونت، شایعترین روشها شامل پوشیدن ماسک و شستشوی دست بود. بیش از 94درصد افراد از نظر شدت بیماری، به نوع خفیف آن مبتلا شدند. نتیجه گیری: پیشنهاد می گردد علاوه بر برنامه واکسیناسیون ویژه کادر درمان با مؤثرترین واکسن ها، تجهیزات حفاظت فردی استاندارد به اندازه کافی در اختیار کادر بیمارستانی قرار داده شود تا علاوه بر پیشگیری از ابتلای آن ها به بیماری، از انتقال این بیماری به بیماران و سایرین تا حد مؤثری پیشگیری شود. Introduction: Healthcare workers (HCWs) are at considerable risk of contracting SARS-CoV-2 infection. So their health and safety are important to protect them and their family members, to take constant care of patients, and to prevent transmission of the disease to others. This study was conducted to investigate demographic, clinical, occupational, and personal protective attributes of medical and non-medical HCWs at the pediatric referral center of Khouzestan province who had contracted Covid-19. Methods: This study is a descriptive, cross-sectional study conducted on 130 HCWs (95 medical and 35 non-medical individuals) who had a positive Covid-19 PCR test result before vaccination, working at Abuzar and Shahid Baghaei-2 hospitals from February 2020 to March 2021. The subjects of the study were selected through the census. The data was gathered upon demographic information, clinical information, and personal protective equipment (PPE) checklists and has been analyzed using SPSS. Results:7 2.6% of medical Covid-19 cases were female and 60% of non-medical Covid-19 cases were male. Regarding occupation, most of the cases were nurses. More than half of HCWs did not have any chronic, underlying comorbidities. In 58.9% of medical HCWs and 40% of non-medical HCWs, at least one family member had Covid-19 disease. The most common symptoms of the convalescence phase among HCWs were malaise/fatigue/myalgia and respiratory problems; furthermore, wearing masks and washing hands was the prevalent use of PPE among HCWs. More than 94% of HCWs had mild disease.
