Results: Decision tree elements were derived from valid guides in the field of pneumonia. Confusion matrix was used to determine the accuracy of a physician's diagnosis and to compare it with the system. The data of 60 patients were entered into the system and the physician's diagnosis was compared with the system. Electronic Guideline is capable of classifying the severity and severity of pneumonia and predicting the mortality rate and type of drug prescribed and drug interactions in each class.
Conclusion: The findings showed that the designed system was useful and effective in assessing the severity and determination of the pneumonia treatment process. Therefore, Iran is among the countries with high prevalence of pneumonia.
