fa تحلیلی بر توسعه یافتگی شهرستان های استان اصفهان از نظر شاخص های بهداشتی-درمانی با رویکرد توسعه پایدار عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه و هدف :</strong> بهداشت، درمان و تامین سلامت افراد جامعه از مهمترین شاخص های پیشرفت و اعتلای هر کشوری است و ضامن موفقیت برنامه های توسعه ملی نیز به شمار می رود. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی توسعه یافتگی شهرستان های استان اصفهان در برخورداری از امکانات و دسترسی به خدمات بهداشتی-درمانی، و ارائه توصیه هایی جهت کاهش شکاف های درون منطقه ای برای نیل به توسعه پایدار است.&nbsp;<br> <strong>مواد و روش کار: </strong>پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی، از نوع مطالعه مقطعی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه ای است. دراین مقاله شاخص های بهداشتی-درمانی که در سرشماری سال 1390 شمارش شده بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش مورد استفاده شاخص مرکزیت وزنی است که مرحله پیشرفته و تکمیلی روش اسکالوگرام است و با استفاده از آن، میزان و رتبه برخورداری شهرستان ها محاسبه شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها :</strong> بر مبنای بررسی شاخص های سیزده گانه&nbsp; بهداشتی-درمانی شهرستان های اصفهان، کاشان، خمینی شهر، نجف آباد و فلاورجان در رتبه های اول تا پنجم توسعه قرار دارند. &nbsp;شهرستان های بویین و میاندشت، خور و بیابانک، چادگان، دهاقان و خوانسار در رتبه های بیست و چهارم تا بیستم توسعه یافتگی و سایر شهرستانهای استان جز شهرستان های میان توسعه هستند.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>مهمترین عامل در توزیع نابرابر خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی، سیاست ها و برنامه ریزی هایی است که منجر به تمرکز فعالیت ها و خدمات در شهرستان های این استان شده است. این تمرکزگرایی، اختلاف توسعه بهداشتی و درمانی شهرستان ها را روز به روز بیشتر می کند.&nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> The state of health, therapy, and providing health of the community members is one of the most important indicators of development and progression of countries, as well as a facilitator of the success of national development programs. The purposes of this study were investigating the state of development of Isfahan province cities in accessing health facilities and services and providing recommendations for reducing intra-regional disparities in order to achieve sustainable development.<br> <strong>Material and Method:</strong> The present research was a practical cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study. The health indicators that were counted in the Iran census 2011 were reviewed<span dir="RTL">.</span>The method used was the center-weighted index, which is an advanced and complementary stage for the scalogram and the rates and rank of the cities were calculated, accordingly.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Based on the thirteen health and safety indicators, Isfahan, Kashan, Khomeini shahr, Najafabad and Falavarjan were ranked first to fifth and Boein and Miandasht, Khor and Biabanak, Chadegan, Dehaghan and Khansar were ranked twenty fourth to twentieth respectively. Accordingly, other cities of the province are among the medium-developed cities<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The most important reason for unequal distribution of sanitary and health services, is policies and plans that have led to the concentration of activities and services in the cities of the province.
