Background and Aim: Despite farmers all over the world have to use different types of pesticides for combating the declining production factors, they know little about the principles of pest control and even its adverse effects on human health and the farm environment.  The purpose of this study was to Survey the Farmers' Knowledge about Pesticide Storage, Use and Disposal in Damghan City, Iran in 2017.
Material & Method: In this descriptive and analytical study, 100 Researcher-made questionnaire were randomly distributed among farmers in different parts of Damghan. After completing the questionnaire by farmers, the information was analyzed by using SPSS software version 22. The farmers' knowledge and its relation with other factors have been addressed.
Results: The results showed that the mean level of awareness was 7/62% between men, and 8% among women, and there was no significant relation between knowledge of men or women, age, and the level of awareness. Also, the results showed that the level of awareness was higher in farmers with above diploma education  than those with diploma and under diploma education (p <0.05).
Conclusion: Regarding the fact that those who used the agricultural Jihad training courses had significant higher level of awareness than those who did not attend these courses, Therefore; in order to promote the literacy level of farmers, workshops and classes are recommended by the Agricultural Jihad and other relevant organizations.
