Background & Objective: In addition to the benefits that the Internet is no doubt that can be created, new problems or aggravating old problems, this research predicted Internet addiction is based on five big personality factors (NEO) was among the students. Methods: This study is descriptive. The study population consisted of all paramedical students of Sanandaj in 1393, among a sample of 184 students were selected as sample available NEO personality traits and completed the Young's Internet Addiction. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation and multiple regressions was performed using the software Spss16 tests were performed. Results: Results showed that personality traits of neuroticism and introversion with Internet addiction there is a significant positive relationship (P<0/01) ,(R=0/035).
